I really like this image because it really sells the idea that Shepard is running an entire war. He's not just a squad leader, but a commander.
The expression on his face really does it for me, the determined look as he goes from requisition form to authorizing repair work, and so on.
I love Jack's face. No doubt she got a taste of paperwork while working at Grissom. I'm guessing she didn't like it.
Finally, I love how everyone's poses serve to draw the eye to Shepard in the middle. He may sitting and look smaller compared to the rest of them, but he's the one the galaxy is counting on.
But, somethings could stand improvement. Allers has a really derpy expression on her face, and I'm not sure why she's even here. Ashley looks ticked off, but I'm not sure why, it feels a little off.
The dataslate in Miranda's hands looks like it's turned off. The background image looks a little off if its a window, but as I look at it again, it could be a painting.
All in all, very great job//
